The Mind Monitoring App is perhaps first of its kind to link psychology to meditation. Its 15 minutes/day, 7 Day programs helps in reducing emotional issues like stress, anxiety, anger, relationship troubles etc and also offers self-help programs like enhancement of leadership skills etc.
